Today the 44th president of the United States has been inaugurated. (As) If you haven’t heard, Obama is to be the first African-American president. Interestingly Martin Luther King Jr predicted in 1964 that “in less than 40 years” an African-American would achieve the presidency. Not too shabby an estimation. I thought about writing something lengthier but I wasn’t sure what to put. Instead I’m just gonna say bloody good speech and let’s hope you can sort things out Obama, because you’ve made me believe you can!
